Here you go you govt. dependency freaks...........this is exactly why I don't want govt. bureaucrats in charge of anything,  period.  When the real sh1t hits the fan,  the f'ing Gdam billions of dollars these sh1t for brains bureaucrats burn thru aren't worth the paper it's printed on.  All these Dept of Homeland STP (screw the people),  and stimulus crap is an  f'ing f pile of crap that was a rip-off right out of our wallets from the get go.  Right here, in NOVA,  in the holyland west of the capitol they failed miserably and they are failing as we speak.  Pathetic.  Fire them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  There are real ways to fix this and it starts with firing ALL pensioned ladened bureaucrats and their mamas,  and replacing them with incentive driven private sector companies.
