No max, If you don't prove you're a citizen, you don't have to prove that you're insured.

That's exactly what I've been saying for months, in essence that how can they make everyone comply, if there are millions under the radar? Back in the day it was called going or being underground.

The same way they make all of us buy "Car Insurance" and it's higher than healthcare insurance. Some cities it's cost more than rent or mortgage. So get your draws out that wad.

Louise,
How about if everybody had to have car insurance but not all had to have drivers licenses?
Same thing.

Ok ' Ridge everybody don't drive a car , but that just it ,"EVERYBODY" will need a little fine tuning in their life time some where along the line. you can't get insurance without a licenses. Your body is the car and you need insurance inorder to get it fixed, however if you don't have insurances for a car you can't get it fixed if you don't have money and don't have insurance, but however if you don't have insurance as a person ,you can go to the ER and have others like us pay for your repair.A car that can't run again without repair can go to the junkyard, you can't do with the human body it would be inhumane.Would you let someone be turn down with a broken hip or leg ,because they don't have insurance.

Louise the " BILL " itself has some good points to it, and is not all bad for the American people, it's just that it needs some internal repair by a surgeon that knows how to fix/repair , rather than by a shoe salesman set out todestroy/manipulate by means of authority....

It's already against the law to not treat someone with a broken hip or leg or any other emergency, Louise. You can go to any hospital in the country and they HAVE to treat you.

Over half of this country doesn't want a nanny-state like you do. We're self-reliant and treasure our independence. Why don't all of you people who can't stand the thought of personal responsibility just pool your money and leave the rest of us alone?

I'm healthy and take care of myself and if I don't want to buy insurance, that's MY business. I neither feel nor have an obligation to give MY hard-earned money to cover some welfare fraud scammer sittin' home on his couch all day in case he gets sick. NOT MY PROBLEM! Want insurance? Get off your lazy ass and get a job! Why can't Libs just mind their own friggin' business and LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE?

Why should some healthy person in their twenties not be able to save money or pay his own bills because of having to chip in to cover some lazy parasite's insurance costs? Why should anybody? I give generously to St Jude's Children's Hospital and The Salvation Army to help kids and people in need. I don't need the government telling me who I need to help!

I REFUSE to help people who won't help themselves and just expect someone else to take care of them all their lives. There are no jobs now with Obama in office but anybody who is willing to hustle and work can make a living in this country regardless of the job situation.

Anybody who just wants to sit on their ass at home every day deserves what they get.

Ridge ! calm down now! you started to sound like an angry" Old Dudie" why do you think that if the people you're talking about can pay for a debilitating disease that without insurance, will probably run into the hundred of thousnads of dollar even millions. Do you have that kind of money or do you think they have that kind of money, well" News Flash" i don't think so ,if you have healthcare don't worry ,nothing changes unless you want it to.You can't and i won't let you tell me that healthy men and women will have that kind of money if they should come down with a sickness.I really don't think that's your problem, but you have been brainwashed as others in your neck of politics to think someone preferably the ones you think is getting something free. Nothing is free, Ridge not even air any more. You should know that! So in other words Ridge ,let healthcare continue to raise to the point that we can't even buy good insurance because we are still paying for the people that go to ER. We can and will do better Ridge ,this is a better way. Healthcare is out of control, either this or put a cap on how much they can charge for certain procedures.
