I am considering getting a passport!

Published:

I have been thinking for a while that I should obtain a passport. So many people that I know have one, and I know they are a good investment. I want to travel so much, and get out of my comfort zone in Canada.

I really need to spread my wings like birds do.  Getting over to the United States, or maybe to England, Ireland, Scotland- would be an experience for me, hopefully a positive one.

I don't have anybody to travel with me, so will venture out alone.

I get frightened sometimes of the thought of travelling alone, but it is better than wondering about what is going on in the world and not being able to experience it.

Travelling will open my life to possibilities  maybe, that I wouldn't experience, by staying in my province all the time!

If you choose to go on a guided tour, then you won't be alone for the whole trip, it'll be more fun and a bit safer.

International travel is something everyone should experience. It will greatly broaden your perspective and you will be glad for the rest of your life you did it.

Yes Elizabeth I would say " go for it ", spread your wings, you'll be a different person once you've done it. That is also a good example mentioned by time*treat..

in the military we went to many countries.always glad to get back home, where we had fresh water instead of beer;in korea, very little indoor plumbing, one squatted over a hole in the floor of outhouse.once a month farmer would come around to get crap for his rice crops.
