Democrats in California have always liked their big-spending legislatures and Governors. They spent like there was no limit to the money and like there was no tomorrow. Always voting for "their own best interests" for the short term and never worrying about tomorrow or future generations.

Now the inevitable time to pay the piper has come and who suffers from their gross irresponsibility?

Just because I served my time with strong convictions and Honorably doesn't mean I would qualify. There are a lot more veterans out there who would deserve it more.
But they can't advance any further because of grossly negligent Democrats who would rather see their own dreams fulfilled before that of a Veteran. So, my hats off to you for even thinking.
