The vulture capitalists like Romney swoop in when prices get low enough,buy up the foreclosed property,convert it to rental homes etc.Since the banks have already made it more difficult for the average person to live what has always been a part of the American dream,home ownership,by raising the borrowing standards along with lending standards.They then raise rental rates to what a standard home mortgage once was with 5-10% down and PMI when in the past rental rates were no more than 2/3 the average mortgage payment.
Home Ownership IS NOW a part of the American Dream put out of reach for most Americans thanks to Republican implemented policy over the last 30+ years with help from their corporate and Wall Street Owners and Banks that were bailed out with the money out of the treasury put in by All those former and at one time the future homeowners.

Wow, 70% of houses in Nevada are worth less than what is owed on them.
This is more horrible news for Obama and Reid.
