First it was The Reagan Regimes CIA developing in their lab the highly addicting Crack Cocaine and then having it distributed by the inner city gangs and motorcycle clubs in the inner cities of large cities across America like the Hells Angels so the Reagan Regime could get money off the books to fund their covert activities in Central America etc.
It destroyed cities like Detroit,Cleveland,and others causing Companies as well as many small businesses to just shut down to to the increased crime rates AND vandalism to their properties.
It has been moving to the suburbs as well as small communities for a long time and Just Beginning to take a toll there.
Nancy Reagan did say "Just Say No to Drugs" though while her husband helped in its carnage!
