The kind of people that comprise this "committee-of-adjustment panel" that's making these pitiful, elderly, sickly old people jump through all these hoops and follow all their nit-picking little rules and regulations and making their lives miserable and forcing them to tear down this addition are also abundant in the United States. We call them Democrats.
They live to ANNOY people and to make people's lives miserable if at all possible. They enjoy it, they thrive on it. It's part of their makeup. It's in their DNA. There's nothing much worse than having them in positions of authority or power over other people. That's what's happening to this poor elderly couple in Ontario. God help 'em.
