wealthy businesses are the only ones that the tax breaks running out will hurt.if you make a lousy 250 thosand and below you need not worry.big businesses have been hurting obama by holding back the money for jobs,so Obama will invest it for them!

why assume that roads, bridges, and schools must be provided by a coercive monopoly rather than in a free and competitive market?

I have worked at many homesite developments in my time.
The first one I worked at the buider constructed the roads to specifications and then turned them over to the town.
He also located water and installed water mains for the developtment. But he still had ownership of that.
He installed sewage lines and treatment plants for the developtment. He still maintained ownership of that.
Eventually over many years and over 1,000 homes he built the town decided they wanted to have ownership of the water and sewer. (Seen a good thing) So they negotiated a price and transferred ownership to the town.

So he built from raw land to finish out of his checkbook. Obviously when the people that bought the home all that was figured in the selling price of the home.
If the builder did not sell homes he would have had to eat the cost of the land improvement.
And he used to build as many as 50 or more homes just on speculation to sell.

I think what will go down in history is "I like firing People " cuz there are more people working for somebody than people having their own business. Fact! haha! hehe! hew! haw!

Haven't you run into plenty of people in your lifetime who are so incompetent at what they do that you would have liked to have been able to fire them? Think Post Office. Think Drivers License Bureau. Think any Government Agency where the employees are lazy and arrogant and obnoxious cuz they can't get fired.

But to say that some businessman didn't build his business because he went to school and had teachers is nuts. Nowadays if you're successful in business, it was done IN SPITE of your teachers. Teachers are just union hacks and thugs, milking the system for everything they can squeeze out of it, while brainwashing the students to be just like them.

Ridge i am sure your 1st grade teacher would have something to say about that! hummm!!
