Nixon,Saint Ronnie of Reagan,Bush1,and Bush2 ALL were worse than Jimmy Carter and President Obama is Far Better than any of them!
Consider the source,war profiteer neo-con,Chicken Hawk,6 deferment draft dodging war criminal Richard B. Cheney. Duuuuuuuuuuuuuh!

Also if cheney didn't have all those tax breaks,for his oil,haliburton,etc.,he would be dead now,as he couldn't afford his new heart,etc.,like a lot of middle class and below cannot afford;and have died,with a bad heart!
