This could be noteworthy if it didn't come from the dailykos.
They're known for lying and enhancing and distorting just about everything they put out.
Mostly outright lying though.
So this could be a 100% complete fabrication for all we know.

rdgrnr above putting dailykos on the same level as The FOX Repugnantcan Propaganda Channel and 24/7 A/M nazi hate radio makes what they say Absolutely Truthful and he knows it!
