Time to levy Heavy Import taxes on goods manufactured off shore by American owned corporations brought into America.

Maybe if Obama would ease the confiscatory tax burdens, multi-millionaires like Pelosi and Reid and Debbie Wolfman Schultz would bring their money back into the country to American banks.

For what onshore accounts are paying, putting your money in an American bank incurs an opportunity cost. Also, Americans are require to declare any financial accounts, worldwide, so the only cost to "taxpayers" is the govt having direct theft access.
