Near the Canadian border, had some weed, should have mellowed him out a bit, guess not. Wish he had recorded that for you tube.

on our local news.i guess he was arrested before and this was a payback,with a huge farm tractor,about $300,000 of damage to police cars covered by insurance.he will probably do some time though.
