Mitt Romney's full quote was:
"I was not planning on signing up for the military. It was not my desire to go off and serve in Vietnam, but nor did I take any actions to remove myself from the pool of young men who were eligible for the draft. If drafted, I would have been happy to serve, and if I didn't get drafted I was happy to be with my wife and new child."
Of course, the white guy in the video you posted said Mitt Romney's quote was:
"I was not planning on signing up for the military. It was not my desire to go off and serve in Vietnam."
I sincerely hope you do not post any more of these hate-filled videos. Enough with the hate! You will be much happier if you become more open minded, less racist, and learn to view the world with reason and logic.
When you apply for deferments you DO take actions to remove yourself from the pool of young men who were eligible for the draft that DID NOT enjoy the same opportunity to avail themselves for like deferment due to economic reasons.
Wasn't 1980 AFTER President Obama left High School?
