In Wisconsin Republicans spent 7 times the money that Walker's opponent did to keep the governors chair for Walker.
However,Republicans had control of the Wisconsin senate when the Walker recall started and lost that control when it ended to the Democrats despite the 7 to 1 spending disadvantage.
That's a victory to Republicans? LOL!
