When Gov't reaches a limit on what they can return for this or ant similiar program they will raise the cost of what the taxpayer needs to put in.
Same thing is going to happen to the health care mandate. Start off with sucker bait and get them hooked.

it is just a catch all for those who fall through the cracks.some don't have an ira like romney,or do not save in one.it's the wealthy collecting ss that i don't like.

Then the wealthy should be exempt from soc sec contributions.
Why are some employees exempt from soc sec? If you want a socialist system then it should be equal across the board.
