Romney had better keep his pledge to kill Obamacare.
We don't want it tweaked, adjusted, improved, modified, altered or changed in any way. We want it DEAD.
Kill it and drive a stake through it's heart so it never rears it's ugly head again.
Then enact common sense measures that will improve healthcare and lower costs like the ability to buy insurance across state lines.
Nothing lowers costs like competition in a free market.

Just like Ryan said in the health care debate, health care can be modified on an issue by issue basis. Possibly not gut the health care bill but revise it to a better situation.
Changes in the health care bill is something congress needs to do. The president can reccomend it to congress or he could have the health care director at (his/her discretion) write new rules.

3) Taking a crack at entitlement reform may be tackled

The majority of entitlement is based on unemployment which is now high. Getting people back to work will lessen the entitlement rolls for gov't assistance. They may change means testing to a degree but they will not take away gov't assistance in my opinion.
