These cops are never there when you need them, there are so many unsolved murders in DC they should remove all pensions from all cops, dc employees, dc superior court, dc jail, all the govt. thieves on the dole until there is a 95% reduction in crime in DC, of course that would mean closing down the white house and congress to start................. I can only dream.
