They should try to get him in with kids his own size, maybe older, highschool kids.
Yeah, the mother who fed him so much he's 100 lbs overweight will be all upset but who cares because you can bet it won't be her paying the lawsuits when her kid kills or paralyzes another kid by breaking his back. It's just common sense.
