Does a buisnessman hire on more employees because their profit increased with the emplyees they have?

Does he lay off employees/close down companies and send the jobs overseas and put the money earned in banks outside the country to avoid paying taxes?

Those are all decisions that need to be made by a buisness man so as not to lose money. All buisness leaders need to do it.
If they continue losing money they end up penniless themselves.

You mean if you have 10B dollars, you need more money by destroying companies, sending the jobs overseas and storing the profits in banks outside the US to survive?

How can any company maximize profits without hiring more people?

As for moving money and jobs overseas, if conditions at home are such that overseas is more lucrative, then only a fool would hang around and be beated over the head by government.

You need to put yourself in the position of CEO. What would you do? Stay in country and lose money, watch your company go bankrupt, watch all your hard work go down the drain? Or move elsewhere so you and your company can survive?

The CEO is not the owner. What need to happen is to break the super rich control. For starters need new legislature for the super rich (walmart), pharmacuals, wall street, banks and the federal reserve. Policing and punishing all crimes, covering all loophole and cracks. Clean up the corruption in our government concerning them. Make it illegal to ship jobs overseas and to store money in out of the country bank accounts at least until the economy come back right. Keep the jobs and money in the country for starters. Secure our borders and bring the US army navy seals whatever to bust up all the drug cartels and the government officials that allow it. Make it a law that everyone must be a citizen to work in this country, receive government assistance, rent, buy a home or lease an apartment. Because that's what has happened to our country. The super rich got too greedy with the help of a crooky government.
