Freedom of speech and "information" are basic tenets that most free people believe are fundamental,  and in the USA,  constitutional.  The internet is an incredible test for this freedom.  Truth and lies can be proven to be true or false,  we can determine truth and lies through research and logic.  Intellectual honesty and rational thinking are very important.  The republican partay wants the "internet" AS IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The  demoncRATS want to be able to shut it down whenever they want, and the  fascists in charge now want to Fuque it up.  The fascist democRAT barry soetero passed some GD executive order to be able to shut it down.
