Yeah, he doesn't want us to start to collapse just yet.
He needs to get elected first.

He's just like Reagan,minus the murders of all those innocent men,women,AND CHILDREN in Central America that Reagan's responsible for.
Reagan asked Iran to keep the American hostages too until the day of his inauguration in exchange for the missiles they used to slaughter thousands of innocent Iraqi men,women,AND CHILDREN too....They complied!
