Here's the unofficial Cliff's Notes version of what happens to the SCOTUS if Obama is re-elected:
More liberal activists like Kagan who will do the bidding of Obama.
Freedom will be screwed.
Think he couldn't serve a 3rd or 4th term? Think again.
We will no longer be a nation of laws but rather a nation of what feels good at the time for Obama and the liberals.
And that will be the death knell for the America we know.
