That's why President Bush was conveniently in Florida reading his favorite Novel "My Pet Goat"to his 3rd grade class.
Wasn't bin Laden seen herding goats in Afghanistan?Hmmm.
Also Darth Cheney was at the same time conveniently in a bunker beneath the veeps residence!
"Project for a New American Century" spelled it out to its neo con members who signed on like Cheney,Rumsfeld,Fieth,etc,etc.
Their mandate clearly stated "That to transform America into what we(they) want it to be what we need is another "Pearl Harbor Type Incident"!
