what do you do when your on a budget and trying to decide what games to play?   i got a choice tonight of playing cash 3 and cash 4 or playing lotto 5.i think i'll play lotto 5 and see if i win anything.......

Play the game which "feels the best" at the time. I've found that if I'm "off" in P-3, P-4 games then I'll do better in Pick 5, Pick 6 .... and vice versa. I personally believe you have intuitive ability and should develop it to its fullest because it will help you pick correct numbers more often. Good luck!!
