I think the headline description portrays the ad pretty succinctly. In a word -- Powerful.

The ad illustrates the contrast between the broken promises of "fundamental change" and "yes we can" to the reality of "no, we can't change Washington from the inside."

I love when he has to talk without his teleprompter, LOL. He's a gaffe a minute.
