Due to my current dire financial situation I will need to leave LP.
I have been out of work since early September and looking everywhere for work. Posted resumes online etc., etc.
Since my daughter attends the local college I decided to move to the NJ area.
I've been raising my daughter as a single parent since she was 6 years old when my wife passed away in 1997 from Cancer.
I have been to every social services office seeking short term funds so that I can pay my electric, water, rent. My electric will be shut off on Monday unless I come up with $350. My water in the middle of Nov and in addition my rent is due Nov 1st.

If anyone would like to help or offer any solutions I would be very grateful.

Sorry to hear of your tough situation Steve. Maybe we can get DM to allocate some of those pool funds to New York, where I can play the sweet million. Not too many lines!! Maybe 3 to start. I dont know, pass on the word to RL, I will try and PM him. Good Luck and hang in there!

Steve, I am so sorry to hear of your situation, Don't give up, take a long walk, clear your head and talk to your wife, she may be gone from the physical world, but I bet she is still with you. I know the cliche that it's always darkest before dawn, and I sincerly hope you come up with a solution and you come back, you just need to regroup, but know this, there are people who care and I am seroius about that long walk, don't know why, just a feeling.
Take care and don't be gone for long, just call it a little vacation.
