Sir, I can tell you never worked in private industry. After college, I was able to start my career with Hewlett Packard. I met Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard. Bill Hewlett died a millionarie and Dave Packard died a billionaire. These two wealthy men gave employees stock options, profit sharing, free coffee, and snacks.

Also, I remember both men kept a handerchief in their front pocket. Remember both men were gentlemen. I am sorry you are so insecure.
