A Cross lanes pub named Brewster's is owned by Jack Whittaker didn't have enough funds to cover what they owed the West Virginia Lottery Commission for running Video Lottery machines.  Mr. Whittaker showd up to the Lottery Headquarters with his lawyer to pay the overdue money and asked for more time to figure out why the payment was late.  The pub still could be fined $7,000 for the late payment.  Source is yahoo news section.-weshar75
