Yep, that is why he went into the clinic. Will he and others arm twist the doctors for disabled opinion.
Some sort of mental disorder. Maybe CTSD. Congressional traumatic stress disorder.
Coin a new one for members of congress.

He ends up with disability from congress it will no doubt be TAX FREE.
