I have been a dedicated Powerball player for between 10 and 11 years now and to see the cash value drop drastically like it has over that time makes me sick.  I am not concerned about all the annuity records set because the simple fact is that most winners take the cash option.  The last drawings cash value was around 46%.  I think that if it stays this way my dollars are going to stay in my pocket and I will not be a regular player.  I will only contribute to the pot when the cash option is $100 million.-weshar75
