I am still mad about Powerball and the declining cash percentage.  I do not want to travel  to Vancouver for Mega Millions because I am still tight with the Lottery budget.  So I told my mother that if she wanted to buy Powerball go ahead but I will wait until the jackpot is at least $100 million in the cash option before buying another ticket.  So she said that we would get one ticket tonight from the Corner store since they had the luck selling the Megabucks winner.-weshar75
