Need someone strong willed, vocal and makes their point clear. There is no room for pansy asses in politics. Prior speakers who were disliked got the job done. Republicans are loaded with the like me attitude. Once it is known you can be walked on you are done. Strong leaders emit a strong appearance of authority.
