Obama talks about his drug-crazed days in the "Choom Club" in one of his books if I'm not mistaken.
And it wasn't just weed all the time either.
He said he was frequently blasted out of his mind on Cocaine too. And who knows what else?
He certainly looks like his brain is fried sometimes. Watch his eyes.
