That store is probably owned by Democrats.
Democrats would rather see you robbed and beaten to death than risk being sued by the robbers if you hurt them.
Democrats as a rule are too frightened and cowardly to defend themselves and don't want anyone else doing it either.
They'll probably want tent poles outlawed now too.
