I like the idea as long as there aren't any libs involved.
If libs get involved, they'll fine kids for phony reasons just to annoy them or the parents.
Especially if the kid exhibits independent thought or voices conservative opinions.
So they should either keep Democrat teachers out of Charter schools (covertly of course) or not allow them to be involved in this disciplinary process.
