Supreme court Justices base their decision on the written law of the nation based on the interpretation of the law or precedence.
Laws coming from man we need to look at who wrote the law and their agenda for doing so. Supreme court cases would not need to be decided if the law was not written in the first place.
Supreme court justices should not be deciding cases on Gods law as there are multiple religions and non religious people in this nation.
