It is not up to the white house to make that decision. They talk a lot of bull.
States have more rights than people think they do not have.

It doesn't make sense for a state to remain a member of a nation that has become lawless, condescending and hostile to it's own people and founding principles. If the Federal Government itself won't abide by the Constitution, then who are they to tell the states what what they can or cannot do?
