Got that smirky grin on his face with the thought he has stuck it to America.
Every time I see a photo of him with a toothy grin I feel antagonized by it. Really get pissed off.

The news outlets are the ones that give me that attitude. Many times about how Obama sticks it to the people and the other side in news stories they have a photo of him with a big toothy grin or his head tilted back with a big toothy laugh.
