The degree of personal data on those (real) questionaires is outrageous too; SSN, address, phone #, spouse occupation, kids ages, past jobs held, etc. All without even a decently secure return envelope. And if you are at all articulate, you get kicked out of the jury pool anyway. But your entire "identity" is floating around out there on one sheet of paper.

Agree, it isn't pretty at all ... when your identity gets stolen, you're the one who has to suffer putting the pieces back together ... sometimes for years and at great co$$$t.
