Yes the Media spliced and cut this clip, for what? to gain notoriety, nothing better...!
IMHO, I still say the blame should be put where it really belongs, and that was on the Mother who was ironically shot also.
Who in their right mind would have left their weapons / guns unlocked and in the open for a person who had mental problems.
A little common sense and restraint on the Mothers part, and maybe, just maybe this wouldn't have happened..
