Not going to fly in court if passed.
Military has conscientious objector rule. This law could just as well fall in that category if the parents are conscientious objectors and raise their children as conscientious objectors.

It's the Eddie Eagle Safety Course, parents would have to be idiots to object to it.
Well, maybe they should allow Democrats to opt out if they want their kids to be idiots like they are.
