They can do it by cheating through voter fraud again, the same way they won the Presidency.
Might as well, it ain't like the Republicans got the balls to do anything about it anyway.
They're too terrified of being called racists.

I have always been a staunch Republican, but as of this November past, I officially changed to an Independent because the Republicans no longer have any backbone nor balls to do anything, so the dems could very well win back the house.

Interesting isn't it?
The ONLY party caught cheating and convicted of it is the Republican party!
Independents stand for nothing.
At least Republicans and Democrats both stand for something.
It's just that EVERYTHING the Republicans stand for is bad for the majority of Americans!
