1) Don't eat grain. No, not even whole grain.
2) Don't eat sugar.
3) Don't use any oil or fat except Olive, Coconut, Lard or Butter.
4) Eat Meat, Fat, Fish and vegetables.
5) Drink water, coffee, whiskey and beer.
6) Hunt, fish, hike rough terrain, climb ridges, chop wood, breathe fresh air.
Do that for a year and you'll start to look and feel like a mountain man.
Oh yeah, grow a big long beard too - don't ever trim it except where ya gotta stick the food and pour the whiskey in.
