Brennan Takes Oath On Constitution With No Bill Of Rights

It was an original draft copy with notes by George Washington.
But no Bill of Rights was attached to it.
No Freedom of Speech, no right to own guns, none of that stuff that might get in his way.
He didn't swear an oath to preserve, uphold or defend any of that stuff.
