That cop oughta sit in jail for 22 years now.

I watched this story unfold on one of those "murder she wrote" programs. She was convicted primarily on the testimony of one cop. The cop had no proof that she confessed yet he testified she made a confession.

That cop had a history of bending the truth long before this trial. He should have been put on school patrol duty many years ago. But where was the judge during his testimony? Hear-say is not evidence.
