They're advertising for lifeguards in Phoenix, Arizona.

Lifeguards whose only job requirement is that they're not white.

And that's not the craziest part.

Get this: They don't even have to know how to SWIM.

I'm not making this up.

I can't tell if this woman is a total idiot, or a cruel hearthless piece of crap, she wants minority life guards, even though they can't swim? Has she thought of a child drowning because a lifeguard can't swim, has she thought of the pain a family would feel? Has she thought of the lawsuits?
Or is this her sick twisted version of population control?

I have to disagree with you on this one Ridge. Same race rescue is all the rave! Omg! The world has gone mad. Someone is actually getting paid to determine the racial makeup of the lifeguard staff at a public pool? Southside Johnny there's another budget cut idea for you.
