The legislation failed because it did nothing to prevent another Newton shooting but did a lot toward reducing the citizens' right to be armed.

Hillary is positioning herself for a Presidential run in 2016. Her statement on Obama's inexperience is a reminder to her base that she should be the next POTUS and nothing more.

Like a true liberal, she politicizes everything. She will turn out to be nothing more than another Obama should she gain the White House.
