Tighten up border security would cut down on the guns coming in from the United States. Border security would also cut down on the exodus of the Mexican population. Drug running too.

Lax border security creates a huge amount of problems.

Finally he tells the truth!
Him and Holder sent all those guns in there as part of a scheme to gin up calls for gun control in this country.
And all they got out of it so far is two or more dead Americans and hundreds and hundreds of dead Mexicans.
What a guy.
