They need a chameleon dye for their combat fatigues. Chameleon dye will sense the color around it and blend in automatically. If the service member needs to be found they can press a search pattern color.

This sounds more like another repub get rich scheme. In my opinion, some repubs profit from wars at the expense of our brave American soldiers.

And they're not averse to profiting off dead people.
