Read an article awhile back about the dust bowl years and the shortage of feed for the cattle.

A farmer had a field of onions go bad that were starting to decay. He let a couple head of cattle (small farm) eat the onions as there was not much else for them. He butchered the cattle for meat. Tried cooking it and the aroma stunk up the place and the meat tasted horrible. Ended up burying the meat as unusable.

I think they oughta legalize the stuff everywhere though just to get them to stay home and and stop annoying people out in public.
Maybe if they have enough weed to stay stoned 24 hrs, we'll never have to see them shuffling around bothering people all the time.
